Can I pick up my kit?
Yes! If old school is your style then come visit us in Fitzroy (in Victoria, Australia that is!). Our opening hours are a little random at the moment. So Clik here to get in touch.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We get it. You want your kit yesterday! We are committed to dispatching your orders within 2 to 4 days. As soon as your kit leaves our studio, you'll have tracking details for your order and you'll be clicking before you know it. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 and Victorian Government restrictions, there may be delays with your order. Once we receive your order we will be in touch with estimated delivery information.
Where can I find my order tracking details?
Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your kit leaves our studio. If the link isn't working or you've lost it, don't worry...just email us email@example.com
Do you offer free shipping?

Can I order over the phone?
We are happy to take your call. We won’t ghost you, but may be slower to respond in these crazy times. You can always email us firstname.lastname@example.org
What payment methods does Clikclax accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay. Sorry, we do not accept Monopoly money.
Do you offer gift cards?
I’m not sure which colours will work best in my space, can you send me swatches?
Be inspired by the colours on our website and don’t be scared to mix and match. Kits have been designed to work together – so why not take a risk and experiment.
I am not sure how to put my kit together. Can you help?
Please refer to the How To section on the website for some of our serving suggestions. But if you're really stuck – send us an email with you conundrum and we'll try to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We are pretty sure you are going to love your kit! But if it arrives damaged or broken let us know. We will sort you out and replace it. But if you have just changed your mind – then sorry, that’s on you.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If your kit has arrived broken and needs replacing, we’ll take care if. Just make sure it is in its original packaging with the peel intact.
If something is not quite right please email us with photos and we’ll sort it out as quickly as our little human bodies can.

Who can I talk to about getting my office set up?
For commercial clients and large orders, please email us directly at email@example.com. We would love to chat and can customise this system to suit any space or configuration. We can also come and check out your space and even set it up for you (if you ask nicely).
